The trust from its humble beginning is the vision of Chhaya Sharma who at the young age of only twenty two decided to create awareness to the plight of stray and abandoned cows in Ghaziabad by starting up her very own NGO. She has always been passionate about helping cows and has an aim to provide the best medical care to the animals that need it the most

Shri ramgaushala is has been taking care of more than 150 cows in Ghaziabad. We believe that every single effort made by people to help cows takes the cause for the ethical treatment of animals one step further. We have a place “gaushala” where injured or unwell cows can be given proper medical treatment, food and stay under the shed as their home.

Started with a service of 5 cows, the gaushala is now nurturing more than 150 cows like mother which were either neglected, sick, or saved from butchers & smugglers. The aims and purposes of Shri ramgaushala is to provide better place for cows, placing abandoned pets into loving homes, mass sterilizations of stray cows in different zones across Ghaziabad, better medical care and to raise awareness to our cause. The Gaushala is also the part of that temple which is the ancient temple across the city.
